Mimosa, yellow flower, interesting like his ''perfume'', some can't resist him, but some
just can't be in the same room :).
One of stories of this fabulous flower starts in Australia, where once up one time, lives one couple, incredible in love, just behind the ocean. Jung man, son of the fish man, with dark and beauty hair, was handsome and intelligent. His girlfriend was so pretty but from the aristocrat family, and she adores yellow color so much. Because of her status, she need to take a duke for her husband instead of fish man son. Unfortunately, it happen. Young boy with broken heart, left his father and went in the forest to forgive his lovely one. Just, when he arrived, fire broke out, and he died.
Lovely she, run from his marriage, and died behind the young man, grief just took her away.
Legend says that on this same place Mimosa starts to grow, magnificent flower.
This flower is a symbol of many people, nations. It's a symbol of women, freedom and sensitivity.
Also, immortality and power are her description, but on the end power of love speaks in her name!
Mimosa came in Boka Bay years ago, sailors brought it, and from 1967 Herceg Novi start to follow tradition of Festival of Mimose. Every year pretty girl with home town music, mask, bring us and our visitors a breath of love and Sun on our faces :).
